Poster Templates

The following posters are designed to be placed in and around the Community Access Sites to highlight that it is where people can come to complete their forms on Census day. There is no need for addresses as these posters appear in the actual Community Access Site.

Stepping_UP_On-Site_Poster_A4_-_Editable.docx - this poster can be used both on and off-site and you can replace the text with logos also.

The following posters are designed to be placed in locations within the community i.e. supermarkets, information centres, libraries, schools etc to direct people to the locations of Community Access Sites where they can go to complete their forms on Census day.
There are two versions: Multiple version is for communities with MORE than one Community Access Site to list and the Single version is for ONLY one Community Access Site to list.

The file format supplied is Word - these can be edited and printed.

Press Advert Templates

The following press ad templates are designed to be placed in local papers and publications to direct people to the locations of Community Access Sites where they can go to complete their forms on Census day. There are both colour and back and white versions and for communities with more than one site we recommend using the 28x5 format as it has room for information on multiple sites. Newspapers will have the right programmes to resize the below press ads for you.

The design files included within the zip are INDD/IDML and there is also an example layout PDF to show you how we recommend the information looks once edited.

Letter_2.docx - this document has suggested wording to use when distributing the information to your community via newsletter or letter. Please always remember to tell your community to bring both their Census forms and Internet Access Code to your site in order to complete their Census online.
